And Dad got his own pair of Fingerless Fetchings (modified and made a bit longer in the hand and in the thumb to fit man hands, and without cables) for his Birthday! Now he can stop stealing Mom's gloves! Happy Birthday Dad! I love you!
Lucky Dad! I've been eyeballing your cowl and bought the Knitscene magazine for the pattern - now just have to decide on the yarn. Your's really pretty and looks good with a lot of things.
Oh yeah, he kept stealing my mom's gloves so now he has his own! Great, can't wait to see what yours comes out like. That Knitscene has some great patterns in it.
My Dad just turned 75. He lives in Washington (Lake Chelan area). I bought that knitscene too for the cowl. I thought it was separate when I first saw it. Good idea to make it that way.:)
