Here's Nicole's and you can't even tell what colors these really are until it is fired! Here's how theirs turned out. Very fun and lovely and unique.
Mine looked like this before firing. I had to use three coats of a special glaze and it cost more to use it. It was called Ironstone and I adored the sample chip of it. Here it just looks like terra cotta:

There's Firefly Ceramics in Ventura, and I still haven't gone. This is such a neat thing to do!
